- "Cool Random Stuff" Folder - Contains some random excel files that may help you out. - Calorie and Nutrition Comparison, Market List, Weight Loss Calculator, and a few workout guides. - "The Best Excel Files" Folder - Has two incredibly intense excel templates (one for nutrition and one for the workout) in it. - You should take some time to look around in these files before you decide to start the program so you know where everything is. - Each has an active calendar in it (click on the date and enter it as dd/mm). - Also has Body Fat Calculators, Nutrition Level Calculator, and many other incredible features (too many to list). - These are really the only two excel files you need; I just included the stuff in the "Cool Random Stuff" folder so you have more options. - I would highly recommend that when you use these files to "save as" and then rename the new file so you still have the original in case something gets messed up in the one you are working with (or at the very least is still blank so you can reuse it without having to delete a bunch of crap).
