To use the Tool Presets, place them in Photoshop's TOOL PRESETS folder and load them through the Tool Presets drop-down. See also the User Interface tutorial for how to do this.
To use the catchlight brush, place it in Photoshop's Brushes folder and load it into the brush picker. It will differ slightly from the brush used in the Brush tutorial but has the same shape.
